I am a compassionate and client-centered Occupational Therapist specializing in pediatric and client services, with a focus on working with complex cases. I am dedicated to helping individuals overcome physical, cognitive, and emotional barriers, with a particular expertise in addressing sensory needs.
From developmental support for children to rehabilitation and adaptive strategies for adults, I am here to support clients at every stage of life, guiding them toward a more fulfilling and balanced future. I hold a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from Dalhousie University, after completing an undergraduate degree in Chemistry at Queen’s University.
My approach is grounded in trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming practices, ensuring support that is tailored to individuals of all ages. I am passionate about mental health awareness, advocating for 2SLGBTQIA+ clients, and promoting community accessibility.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my daughter and dog, hiking, and discovering new restaurants within our community.
